Midge Bast - Customer Service and Tasting Room Manager
Midge relocated from Colorado to join us as our Manager of Customer Service and Tasting Room. Most recently, she worked for Nordstrom's where she has received Pacesetter sales awards and has been their customer service All Star for two years in a row. In her spare time, she is a sports fanatic and will not miss a Colorado Rockies baseball game!
Matt Ward - Tasting Room Associate
Matt, originally from Lake Villa, Illinois, graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish. A strong interest in viticulture and enology compelled Matt to pursue work in wine country, and Dutcher Crossing has inspired him to make California his home and wine his passion! Matt will provide an informative tasting at the bar, or host a walk through our vineyards for you.

Long-time Santa Rosa resident, brings her infectious enthusiasm for food and wine, as our weekend warrior. Her goal is to provide our guests with an amazing and unforgettable tasting experience.
Torrey Blake - Tasting Room Associate
Originally from Willits, and a current full-time SRJC student. When he isn't competing in a water polo match, he spends his days off cultivating his new found enthusiasm for wine behind our bar.
Becky Thompson - Tasting Room Associate
Born and raised right here in Healdsburg, she has grown up surrounded by the wines of Sonoma County. Becky recently graduated from Chico State and moved back to join us here at Dutcher Crossing. Beginning her work here in events, she is now a full-time addition to the Dutcher Crossing family. Not only is she familiar with the area but also the wines specific to Dry Creek Valley.

Hilary Shone - Tasting Room Associate
Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Hilary has been surrounded by the wine culture of Sonoma County her entire life. Currently she is studying to become a registered dietitian and plans to attend UC Davis in the fall. Working in the beautiful Dry Creek Valley has inspired a newly discovered appreciation and excitement for the unique wines of the area, with particular enthusiasm for Dutcher Crossing.
Ryan Morales - 
Tasting Room Associate
Born and raised in Gresham, Oregon but a resident of Sonoma County for the last three years as a student-athlete playing baseball for Sonoma State University, Ryan just received his BA with a concentration in Wine Business and Marketing. He is excited to be a part of the Dutcher Crossing family and looking forward experiencing the wine industry first-hand in Dry Creek Valley .
