Becky Thompson - Business Development Manager

Born and raised in Healdsburg, Becky has grown up surrounded by the wines of Sonoma County.  After graduation from Chico State, she moved back to the area and rejoined the team at Dutcher Crossing. Before college, she worked at the winery in events and currently she fills the role of Business Development Manager.  Not only is she familiar with the area, but also the wines specific to the Dry Creek Valley.  

Lorraine Babb - Accountant 

Lorraine keeps both hemispheres of her brain in shape by doing the accounting for Dutcher Crossing and working as a creative writing teacher in her spare time.  She lives in Forestville with her husband.   

Kali Pappas - Wine Club/Shipping Manager 

Kali was born and raised in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties and has found her home at Dutcher Crossing Winery. Leading the wine club and shipping departments, Kali strives for high level customer service and finds fufillment in meeitng the needs of all her customers. Kali and her husband Mike are expecting their first child in September.  

Josh Kennedy - Property/Operations Caretaker

Born and raised in Healdsburg, Josh's extensive experience in metalwork, home design and tile makes him our "go to" guy when anything needs fixing.  More importantly, he is the San Francisco Giants #1 fan.  

Dennis Smatana - Shipping

Dennis Smatana was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He attended Colorado State University Pueblo and the University of New Mexico.  Since he was a young boy, Dennis had been visiting family in Northern California and hoped to one day call it home.  In January of 2016 he moved to Healdsburg, CA and began working in the shipping department at Dutcher Crossing.   In his spare time, Dennis likes to fish, work out and spend time with his family.  He is happy to be living and working in such a beautiful part of the country.    

Leslie Oberdorfer - Administrative Assistant

Leslie and her family moved to Sonoma County from Juneau, Alaska in 1986 and began her career in the wine industry in 1989. She enjoyed her experience in the tasting room from a hospitality perspective so much that she eventually transitioned into adminsitration to get a behind-the-scenes impression. Leslie cannot imagine leaving Sonoma County, where the weather is wonderful and the wine is divine.
