This approachable yet robust cab is balanced enough to enjoy by itself but we recommend pairing it with a standing rib roast crusted with cracked black pepper served with some au jus and horseradish.
Our 2011 Sauvignon has a light straw hue with beautiful clarity and brightness. On the nose are aromas of lime, pineapple and a hint of lychee. There is a lovely marriage of green fruits and sense of intensity on the nose. In the mouth, the flavors are zesty and alive. Great fruit flavor and acidity is paired with elegant and juicy mouth textures. Very enjoyable.

The 2009 vintage took a little longer in the bottle to show itself but it is well worth the wait. Classic stone fruits, blackberry and white pepper jump out and almost dance on the palate. Hard to keep the smile off of Kerry’s face as it has been giving him goosebumps the last few times he has enjoyed a glass.
