 Dutcher Crossing has come to represent an authentic and enjoyable experience for wine-lovers who visit this small winery. Visitors to the property have the opportunity to learn how Winemaker Kerry Damskey produces small lots of high quality wines from grapes of selected vineyards, and to view the barrel room and other winery facilities. Proprietor Debra Mathy can almost always be found during opening hours to greet and say hello.
Owning and operating a winery has been a dream of Debra Mathy's for quite some time and she found her second family at Dutcher Crossing Winery and Vineyard. Debra embraces the idea of family-owned businesses having been involved in successful family ventures back in Wisconsin. She now calls Dry Creek Valley home, and has followed her passion for wine by completeing enology and viticulture courses at the University of California- Davis. |
