Midge Bast - Manager of Customer Service and Tasting Room
Midge recently relocated from Colorado to join us as our Manager of Customer Service and Tasting Room. Most recently, she worked for Nordstrom's where she has received Pacesetter sales awards and has been their customer service All Star for two years in a row. In her spare time, she is a sports fanatic and will not miss a Colorado Rockies baseball game! We are excited to have Midge join Dutcher Crossing.
Sam Bilbro - Tasting Room Assistant Manager
Currently a Sonoma State wine business student, Sam is a Healdsburg native. Sam first realized he loved wine as a young boy helping his father in the cellar at the family winery. After a few years of travel, touring with a band, and bartending he is excited to be getting back into the wine business himself. Sam has aspirations of opening his own winery someday, but is excited to call Dutcher Crossing Winery home until then.

Clayton Short - Tasting Room Associate
Clayton was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but raised here in the wine country of Sonoma County. Clayton comes to Dutcher Crossing with a great enthusiasm and passion for wine which were found through his brother who is a sommelier and distributor in the Bay Area. His passion for wine has been growing ever since and continues to grow as a part of the Dutcher Crossing Family.
