Earthy hints greet you at the first sip and then give way to a lush fruit sensation that waltzes over your palate. This seductively rich Merlot ends with a lengthy finish.
From the time we corked the bottle, we could taste the wine. Great berry and oak flavors, not too strong but very pleasurable. The tannins were just right. Had it with a home grown T-bone and forgot to eat the steak. My wife's favorite, and we drink Blackstone black label and St. Francis Cab so not just the Texas table wines for everyday.
